Squeezed orange juice

Like other fruit juices, it contains natural sugars, and the NHS advises that these contribute to overall sugar intake. While generally considered safe, excessive consumption of fruit juices can contribute to high sugar intake, which the Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition (SACN) recommends limiting.
