Sunblush Cherry Tomatoes

Sunblush cherry tomatoes are small, intensely flavoured tomatoes that have been dried and then preserved in oil, often with added herbs and spices. They are typically made by slowly drying ripe cherry tomatoes until they are slightly shrivelled, concentrating their flavour and sweetness, before being packed in oil.

Sunblush cherry tomatoes are used to add a concentrated, sweet, and slightly tangy tomato flavour to a variety of dishes. They are particularly popular in pizzas, pasta sauces, salads, and as a topping for bread or bruschetta, providing a burst of flavour and a soft, chewy texture.

Sunblush cherry tomatoes are a whole food and not a food additive, so they do not have an E-number or require authorisation on the Register of Food Additive Authorisations.
